  Would recommend R+R - great job by three great guys

  Richard, Ryan and Elliot at R+R Carpentry and Building Services have been excellent. Richard came to quote very promptly and our job (knocking through a kitchen wall to make two rooms into one and boarding up a doorway) was done with very minimal disruption and a great finish. Three lovely guys, very considerate and polite throughout. Really tidy work, completed efficiently (worked solidly for two days), plastered immaculately, tidied up well and all at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  Used Richard a few times now, 1st big job was the new kitchen, after that we have used him for several small but tricky jobs that I could not do myself. Always helpful, friendly and charged a fair price every time. Good worker.

  move a waste pipe, dig a trench and fit new plastic pipe underground.

  Initial work on time and seemed professional. They did clean up but charged me extra for it. It rained for 2 weeks following the work, on the first dry day we discovered the 4" waste pipe was leaking. He tells me he will fix the leak but it will cost me more money! I had spoken to him about replacing a window, after giving him a deposit of £150, he then let me down on 4 seperate occasions agreeing a date and then not turning up. I have now discovered a number of issues with the work on the drain. I would not recomend this company to anyone, amature and dishonest.

  Fixed water damaged ceiling

  These guys were absolutely fantastic. Richard and his team did a brilliant job of fixing our ceiling, and were open and honest with us every step of the way, even when the job turned out to be bigger than expected at first. Even hoovered on the way out. Honestly can't recommend them enough!
