The email contact with R & M Building and Groundworks Limited was excellent. I was very pleased with the border that was built around the garden area and the laying of the paving slabs. Richard worked through torrential rain to finish the job.

Richard had a sensible approach to what needed to be done giving me confidence which was fully justified when he finished the partial relaying of the brick drive. The work was competitively priced and carried out with care and the minimum of disruption. Michelle made sure I was up to speed with the timing of the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Our old patio was removed and was replaced with high quality porcelain slabs. The groundwork preparation was well done and the new patio is absolutely superb. The quote was exactly the price I paid and, considering the professional job that we received, the price was very fair. I would definitely use R&M again and I can highly recommend them.

We had our whole driveway turned from grass and broken concrete into a shingle and block paved driveway. The work Richard did was immaculate and we highly recommend!

Richard and team converted two rooms and a hallway into one open plan area, moved kitchen plumbing from existing kitchen to new kitchen location, and made good all areas as required, including electrics, moving cooker hood / extractor, plus installed engineered wood flooring throughout. They did an absolutely fantastic job all round. They were and are very competitively priced and were totally understanding and flexible with some scope variations and challenges along the way. This is my fourth substantial project with them and I would not hesitate to use them again. Top notch!
