Second time after several years that we have called Robbie to repair our electric oven. He came the day after we called him exactly as arranged and had the necessary part in his van to fix the fault. Fridge broke down but freezer still working. Needed a look in to establish whether it could be fixed or whether we needed a new fridge freezer entirely. I was swiftly contacted by Robbie who said he could come and have a look at it the following day. He arrived on time as planned, had a look at the fridge and diagnosed the problem within 5mins. During my time trading, I have built up a customer base of private residential, landlord/lettings, housing associations. I have built up a great amount of trust within client base due to straight forward honesty and high 1st time fix rate.
