  Relandscaping front Garden

  We recently had our front garden relandscaped by R and D Construction Sussex Ltd, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of the work is outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their approach. The team was incredibly professional and courteous, always keeping the site tidy and communicating clearly. Most importantly, they showed a level of compassion and care for our needs that you don’t often find in the construction industry.   Perfect Driveway & Porch Entrance

  This company was recommended to me by a friend who said “I’ll never use anyone else”. This was good enough for me , so I contacted them, dealt with Dave who was excellent. We discussed our new driveway and agreed a start date. They worked like clockwork and never stopped. What impressed me most was their timings. Arrived promptly every day, and materials / grab lorry’s arrived exactly when needed - no downtime whatsoever. It was also bitterly cold but the team didn’t moan once - a few cups of tea helped them out for sure! I’ll be using them again for sure. You won’t be disappointed.

  Patio & stone wall works

  R&D Construction delivered the works on time and on budget. Dave took the time to review all options with us when deciding on the stone for use on our small garden project. Dave ensured that we go the best price with the procurement of the stone, going to serval different merchant suppliers. The finish of our extended patio and stone wall has exceeded our expectations.   Very happy with extension and recommend to all.

  We’ve lived in our extension just over a year now, and still admire the work Dave and his team did for us. It’s hard to do a house extension in winter months with young children, but they made the whole process feel smooth and were considerate of our needs. We were always kept up to date, workmen showed up in all weathers, and when expected. They were polite, friendly, tidy and helpful! We get many compliments on the structure of the build and fully recommend R&D.

  Exterior home & garden improvements

  This job consisted of removing and rebuilding a dividing brick wall, removing and replace front steps, adding a side step to the rear door, removing and replacing a patio. The process from start to finish has been exceptional. Quality discussions with Dave to understand our needs, clear quote, great communication throughout, involved us in decisions, and the standard of workmanship, attention to detail & cleanliness each day from the whole team was outstanding. I won’t be using anyone other than Dave and his team moving forward. Highly recommended.

  New concrete and brick steps

  Dave and his team demolished a 15ft concrete ramp for us and rebuilt it as shallow concrete and brick steps with metal railings to our specification. They were very careful, polite, friendly and punctual. Communication was good and the work was completed to a very professional standard. Afterwards they tidied and cleaned up, replacing some wood mulch that got dirty and some scree where the skip had been. We are very happy with the new steps and have no hesitation recommending R&D Construction ltd to anyone requiring a professional building job. Many thanks.
