Amir and rapid beez were very good to work with. Needed an internal door upgraded to meet new fire regs and they got the job done well. They were even good enough to come out beforehand for a free survey. Unfortunately there was some freak miscommunication on the day and they ended up upgrading the wrong door. But credit to them, they communicated well about the mistake and rectified it very quickly for which I am grateful. In future it would be useful to double check the works with your team before they begin works to avoid this happening in future.

Amir and his team were fantastic. Well priced, always in contact and extremely punctual and polite when on site. No job was too large or small for them, for repaitining our entire house to sanding and repairing ancient wooden sash windows in line with conservation law! We've been extremely happy with the works carried out and will be using them again for the next stage of our refurbishment - on all tasks inside and out!

The end outcome was very good. Replaced front door frame to a very good standard. Cut a tailored frame from pieces of wood and attached it to damaged part plus repainted affected area. Overall a very good job. In terms of improvement, it took them 2 days instead of the originally planned 1 day because they made initial mistakes with the frame positioning and alignment with the door. Also an issue with the door lock which meant the key got stuck. But credit to them, they refused to leave until they had fixed all the mistakes. I would use them again due to their customer service.
