The end outcome was very good. Replaced front door frame to a very good standard. Cut a tailored frame from pieces of wood and attached it to damaged part plus repainted affected area. Overall a very good job. In terms of improvement, it took them 2 days instead of the originally planned 1 day because they made initial mistakes with the frame positioning and alignment with the door. Also an issue with the door lock which meant the key got stuck. But credit to them, they refused to leave until they had fixed all the mistakes. I would use them again due to their customer service. Thanks!

What can I say? This was one of the most positive experience of working with a tradesman. The communication was on point. The professionalism was on point. The execution was on point. The attitude was on point. This job was just before Christmas when the rain had ceased for a few days. I have to say it was a wonderful early Christmas.
