Rance Decorating were brilliant, we bought the worst house on the street in terms of curb appeal, because of the dodgy and ill-maintained external rendering. But in just a couple of days, Luke has transformed it - repairing and levelling two different types of render - repairing some other cracks and damage around door frames and painting it all brilliantly. Everything was covered, so no mess. Great job and a nice guy too.

Luke was impressively quick to respond with an initial quote, which he professionally finalised after discussing our specific needs. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome. His thorough preparation, including meticulous sanding and taping of all surfaces, clearly led to the brilliant result – the finish is excellent with exceptionally clean lines between the feature walls and the ceiling. We highly recommend Luke and will definitely use his services again in the future.

I was moving house and needed the whole house painting. Luke Rance was polite, efficient from the first phone call then meeting and when I accepted his quote for the work. He works to a very high standard, as does his worker, with attention to detail, impeccable finish & extremely tidy throughout. They cleared all the equipment at the end of the job. Luke also put in some cupboards & shelving when the carpenter I had lined up couldn’t do this work. Again a very high standard & attention to finish. I will use Luke again for decorating & would recommend him for his high standard of work.

Luke has been many times to decorate for us ranging from extensive internal walls ceilings and woodwork to external cladding. He always works to a very high standard, is very helpful and accommodating. Never had any issues or concerns. Always a first choice for us.

The guys were great. Showed up on time every day, always cleaned up after themselves after every day. Explained if anything might need to be done differently and were very transparent about pricing. Would definately hire again.
