  Avoid Ram roofing / Ryan for roofing work at any cost

  I would not recommend using Ryan for roofing work. I contacted Ryan about a roof valley leak. After inspecting the roof, he carried out repairs, but the leak returned after the first heavy rainfall. Ryan advised further work was needed and assured me it would resolve the issue, but the leak continued. Despite several attempts to contact him, he failed to attend as promised and stopped responding. Very disappointing experience, especially as the work came with a 5-year guarantee and the issue remains unresolved. I have spent over £1,000 on repairs that have not fixed the problem.

  Removed moss from roof

  Ryan removed the moss from our roof and treated it with chemical. Took away fallen moss. Very prompt good communications good price would use again
