  Defo 10/10 ! We requested a quote based on the previous 10/10 reviews on Checkatrade and our experience definitely matches those given. We defo also give 10/10 !! Richard was always approachable to ask and explain anything we needed. Communication throughout our project with progress and what would happen when etc was great. Having had a testing experience with previous trades, Richard & his team restored our faith and hoping he will still be able to fit us in for the next project.   I needed some repointing sorted quickly after heavy rain caused some damp in my house. RAM responded immediately and were round the same day to give me a quote. Very friendly, fixed the issue quickly and for a fair price - would recommend!

  Richard and John old school professionals top notch at what they do. Totally trustworthy felt at ease dealing with them from initial quote to job completion. The work they did for me Pointing and Gutter replacement excellent overjoyed with the work. It looks done right,done to last. The quote they gave me was spot on nobody else got close. I trust these lads when I need more professional work doing they'll be coming back. They even took care of a minor roof leak caused by recent high wind free of charge They could have easily asked for an extra payment but they didn't. Good trustworthy lads.

  Definitely recommend these guys. Came and quoted, which was competitive of the three I got. Text me to say when they were coming and turned up on time and did a great job, including putting sheeting down and sweeping/tidying up afterwards and getting rid of the rubbish, leaving the property tidy. So impressed with the work that I had them back to do some additional work, which was done to same high standard and took the time to talk me through what they were doing and why the problem occurred in the first place. Added bonus, whilst they were up the ladders they also tidied some cables!

  Richard came and had a look at the job, He explained what was required for repointing wall and the length of time needed to complete the job , the price quoted was competitive , the job was completed on time and to a high standard. went above and beyond the job expectation. Very friendly and helpful. always punctual 5 star job and i would have no hesitation in recommending Richard .
