I'd managed to mess up changing a thermostatic shower leaving me with no water. A quick call and a couple of photos to Rami and he managed to find time in his already busy day to sort out the mess and restore my water ahead of the weekend. Really nice guy, humorous and really knows his stuff as well as being super neat and tidying up.

The engineer Mohamed arrived on time to service our gas Boiler , he was polite and friendly and spent an hour doing a thorough service ,and pointed out that he also fixed a leak and Flushed the radiators out , I would be happy to use those services again . 100% Faultless 👍
