Poor cost estimates - double cost

Viral, who put up some shelves for us, was a lovely guy and great to have around the house. However, I find it very difficult to recommend Ramfix after a bad experience with our cost estimate. We were told the job would be around £180 for labour and £50 for materials. We are now being charged £255 for labour and over £120 on materials. We chose Ramfix based on their quote, yet with labour now being much more expensive, and materials somehow being almost 2.5 times the estimated price, I would think twice before trusting a quote. Shac has refused to accept responsibility or offer a discount.

Near, tidy and reliable

My family and I have used the services of Ram Fix for some years now. The work is neat and tidy. We have been lucky enough to have both Viral and Obi allocated to our work in recent years. They are very reliable but also considerate in their approach. Viral has assisted both my brother and I in the past year. His knowledge has been really valuable in remedying several areas around the flat / house. Overall, I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service for odd jobs

Ram Fix were so helpful with the odd jobs I needed around the house. The communication was excellent and the service was provided very quickly after I got in touch. I have used them many times since. When they came in the summer, it was very hot in the house, but he did not complain and did lots of jobs very efficiently and to an excellent standard. I really recommend them for all your home needs!
