Quick and polite. Windows look great

Decent tradesperson, got it all sorted within 2days.

Good work, prompt attemdance, good price. Only problem was that he said there would be a 3 year guarantee. I asked for this in writing, and he said he'd put it on the invoice. So I paid him in cash on the day he did the job. But despite 2 reminder emails from me subsequently, I never heard from him again, and I'm still waiting for the new invoice.

Needed a repair to our kitchen door which wouldn't open. Fraz arrived very promptly identified the problem , went way to get the part required came back and did the job on the same day. Very pleased with the work and the price.

Reliable, came on time and did job to excellent standard. I would highly recommend.
