  Very rude and no warranty

  Viren came to fix the light at the wrong time agreed, so no one was home. He fixed the light and left, and it doesn’t work, it’s meant to be an automatic sensor light that comes on at night to provide light to open the door while it’s dark. He is refusing to come and check the works and saying if he returns to check the issue we will have to pay a call out fee. So he doesn’t want to take responsibility for the fact he has changed the light and it doesn’t work and wants to charge us again for checking that it doesn’t work. Terrible service and very rude man.

  From my initial post, Viren was quick to respond and offer his services. Viren was super communicative and completed the job quickly and to a high standard. I would 100% use Viren again and recommend his services to others.
