Quote given was less than other quotes so proceeded with job. However on day, after all works completed, payment was requested, at no point was i advised payment was needed immediately due to cost of clearance of waste, this is difficult as only 1 person in our company has the ability for on the same day payments. Need to be more transparent when supplying quotes.

not very happy with finished job you cannot work in the dark using torch on a phone and cannot follow instructions on putting up the shed.you cant point slabs with neat cement when the slabs are wet hence leaving a mess all over the slabs and the reply it will wear off ok when? they were going to come back to clear the rest of the rubbish but when i said i would only pay half they soon loaded majority of it in the back of their van i have had no further contact

Rajz and his team carried out a major garden clean up in no time at all! They were polite and friendly and attended in a timely manner! They charge very fairly considering the job they do. I will continue to use them for further garden maintenance following the clean up!

The gardener only had a pair of kitchen step ladders to do the job -so I lent him mine - apparently because I had said the tree was small - apple trees do not grow that tall. I asked him to prune 3/4 growth from this year but mature branches were sawn off and laterals were left so the tree looks a mess, the other was only half pruned. Part of one rose bush was left uncut and straggly branches were left dangling. Second rose growing next to a winter honeysuckle - both were cut back - no flowers this winter! One of the bushes was not pruned. Doubt they know how to prune or identify plants.
