MIRA technicians refused to fit a replacement electric shower due to an electric power supply problem. Raja Electricals sent an unqualified "trainee" supported by a phone to his boss. The "trainee" eventually refixed the electrical connections in the ceiling pull switch, without checking the voltages supplied to the shower. MIRA technicians again condemned the power supply as there were 230 Volts on the neutral lead and Raja Electricals eventually withdrew the £80 payment request. I investigated and replaced the ceiling switch that was internally faulty allowing the shower to work normally.Verified reviewerJob location: CM110 Fast efficient service following a flood
