Ruben visited the day after my initial phone call. He is polite, sincere and professional, assessed the damage and sent a quote the same day. Couple days later he and his team arrived and completed the job (rare these days) The job was done well. He and one of his guys were back this week to adjust the angle of one of the gutter pipes. They also power washed and painted the slabs in my courtyard. The difference that made was amazing. Brilliant job.

Used these guys in the past they just did a full roof replacement on my new property it looks great would highly recommend.

Response time was immediate. The person I was dealing with on the phone was a tradesman himself and was extremely understanding, respectful, honest, kind, knowledgeable and flexible-responsive to our circumstances. This kind of customer service goes along way! We got the work done immediately as was told the flashing was in danger of slipping. The work looks like it's good quality from where I can see. The firm are family run with a good reputation and good reviews. We are very pleased.

They fitted a new garage roof of corrugated metal to replace an existing roof of corrugated metal with asbestos in it. They took a long time to arrange the new roof and gave me very little notice of when they were coming, one day. So I didn't have time to empty the garage. The boss stood around on his phone all day while others did the work. It seemed nice at the time of finishing but very soon it became obvious after the rain that the roof was leaking badly and needed fixing. It took them 3 months to fix it. It seems ok now but there is still condensation which they didn't advice me about.

Very happy with the work turned up on time and completed the job very happy.

From start to finish Ruben & his team were professional , polite , tidy and communicative. I would 100% recommend these guys.
