  I manage several student properties in the private sector located in the South and Central Coventry. Radiant Spaces handles all the deep cleaning, decorating and ongoing maintenance in a very professional manner. They are extremely efficient, diligent, very flexible and completely reliable. They provide full assessment from their initial inspection to completion of the task. Their honesty and attention to detail also gives me peace of mind and confidence that my properties are always in top condition / in great hands.   Deep cleaning of the flat and painting of walls

  From the initial engagement to the day of the job, Lillian has been excellent in maintaining the communication. Lillian was also very accommodating with my request for change of date.
