Overall, the job its self was carried out fine apart from couple of discrepancies. The ceiling started to leak in places and some plastic cove covers keep coming off this was reported mid 2024 where someone came out and we didnt hear anymore. I chased this up in June 2025 as we moved in christmas 2024 and Found there were very bad leaks. Ben agreed to send out team to seal the windows after i sent pictures but since i have had no reply or anyone contact to rectify. Even after sending emails & messages.
