Rich was amazing from start to finish. We spoke a couple of times on the phone to discuss what needed doing. He turned up on the day nice and early and completed the work in my outside bar. The work was very neat and tidy and he cleaned all his mess up so we didn't have to. Everything he said he would do was done and there was no extra charges or upselling.
