  The whole process of obtaining the new boiler and having it fitted couldn't have been easier due to brilliant service provided by Russ at RAB. Plus the cost was much less than I anticipated. I can't compliment Russ hightly enough for all aspects of communication, customer service, price and efficiency and will definitely use his company again for heating work in the future.

  Russ came to service the boiler and noticed a small issue that needed fixing. Quoted a good price and booked us in straight away. Service and repair completed quickly and I would 100% recommend Russ to friends and family. Great, friendly, honest guy. Thank you.

  Russ fitted a new boiler for me. The service he provided from the initial quote to supplying and fitting the boiler was excellent. He was very easy to talk to, gave me several options to chose from without any hard pressure selling and he arrived at the time agreed. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family

  We have used Russ for a few years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Always reliable and will answer any questions you have. Has also done work for family and friends who rate him highly as well.
