The team were professional, efficient, and completed everything on time and to a very high standard. Communication was great throughout, and they left the site clean and tidy. 1 Unreliable and Poor Communication

We agreed on the work and I accepted the quote. The initial communication to schedule the job was okay, and we shared our address as requested. However, after discussing potential dates and confirming that I needed a full day and could take time off work, the contractor stopped answering messages completely. This left me in a difficult position, having to wait with no confirmation or update, which ultimately delayed our entire project.
