  Unreliable and Poor Communication

  We agreed on the work and I accepted the quote. The initial communication to schedule the job was okay, and we shared our address as requested. However, after discussing potential dates and confirming that I needed a full day and could take time off work, the contractor stopped answering messages completely. This left me in a difficult position, having to wait with no confirmation or update, which ultimately delayed our entire project. I do not recommend this contractor due to this unreliable communication and the significant inconvenience it caused.

  Hi there you never gave me the option apart from weekends you never got back to me for the other dates you could do happy to do the work

  The job was quoted for and was I thought very reasonable, the came to undertake the job and were professional and polite, cleaning up all the mess when completed. The explained to me what they did and explained how it works.
