  Complicated boiler move

  Absolutely outstanding work. We hired Jack to relocate a boiler into the loft — a tricky job with all sorts of structural challenges, awkward pipe runs under floorboards, and very little space to work with. He completed the entire job in just three days, with no delays and bang on budget. What really stood out was how he minimised fuss: he laid all the new pipework in advance so the system could keep running almost the whole time. We only lost hot water for part of a day, and cold water for less than an hour. He also installed a pump to get the condensate out of the loft, cleverly

  New boiler install

  Jack replaced an 8 year old boiler for us, as well as a few small make-good jobs at the same time. His work is neat & efficient and his manner impeccable, great communication and on time as well. He got rid of the old boiler for us no problem, something we were otherwise not looking forward to! Great, honest and upfront about works, options, costs etc which allowed us to make decisions we felt were right for us about scale of works etc. We have just booked Jack again for a gas safety & service of the above boiler this year & happily recommend him to our friends and family.

  Fitment of hob leading to new gas run fitment.

  I've had work done by Jack 4 times now. He is my first point of call for anything plumbing or gas. He is as honest and straight forward as you could ever ask for. I absolutely trust his and know he will do a proper job. This time he installed a new gas run for us having found a leak which was highlighted when we had a smart meter fitted by our energy provider. He made sure we were safe and arranged his schedule so the repair was sorted asquickly as he could. Always on time, always super clean. Great guy. Can't recommend enough.

  Fitting of radiators, tidying up pipes and fixing bath leak

  From quote to completion of works he was excellent. Very kindly fitted us in ASAP as new baby due soon, and he did a wonderful job getting a new radiator to fit around furniture in our daughters new room. Incredibly happy with the quality of all works completed and will definitely be coming back to him for our future plumbing needs!

  Boiler problem

  Jack was super helpful - tried to help for free over the phone but unfortunately it didn’t solve the issue. He then came down a few hours later and helped to resolve the issue. Jack was very friendly and will be using him again, already in fact for our boiler servicing.

  New outside tap and pipework

  Jack was excellent in communication about the job. Gave me a quote which i was very happy with and he arrived to do the job when he said he would. The work he did was of a very high standard he was very clean and tidy whilst doing the work and after completing the work. I would 100 % recommend him for any plumbing needs and will definitely be using him again for any jobs I need doing
