  Jack was excellent in communication about the job. Gave me a quote which i was very happy with and he arrived to do the job when he said he would. The work he did was of a very high standard he was very clean and tidy whilst doing the work and after completing the work. I would 100 % recommend him for any plumbing needs and will definitely be using him again for any jobs I need doing

  Leek in loft

  Leak Detection

  Great service from Jack, polite and professional.he has quickly identified the issue and where the leak was coming from within 10 minutes when another tradesmen had been here for nearly 2hours and couldn't find it. Offered a couple of different solutions with different price points. Would highly recommend this professional service

  Replacement of boiler

  Jack was professional throughout our first encounter. He responded quickly to my phone call, attending our home within 30mins of the call. When he arrived, he knew exactly what the issue was and even explained that he wanted to tidy up the poor pipework which had been left previously. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Jack's control, he had to send a fellow colleague out to install the boiler. All work was carried out within 48 hours. Jack was in contact throughout the installation process even though he was unable to be at the house. He is now our plumber and I recommend him to all.
