Although I got a good result from this company, I wasn’t very impressed with the whole experience. The tradesperson arrived late, and took much longer than estimated. The shampoo machine leaked a lot of water on the floor, which wasn’t cleaned up until the end so a pool of water sat on the floor for hours, soaking under the hard floor. They didn’t bring a mop to clear it up, so had to use a dirty rag from the van.

The carpets were left looking clean, fresh, and revitalised, which made a big difference before we moved in. They were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently throughout the job. They did a thorough clean and paid attention to detail, leaving the house feeling much fresher. We would happily recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaning company, especially if you’re preparing a home before moving in.

Carpet cleaning was completed to a good standard. Pricing was ambiguous at best though and work took longer than promised.
