Fantastic work and really helpful

Downpipe and gutter connection on adjoining houses failed amd water was pouring down the front of my house

The connection the downpipe and gutter between my neighbours house and mine had disconnected and water was pouring down the outside of my house. Ovi came round very quickly, videoed the issue, gave me a written quote which was agreed and he came round the next day to fix the issue. He was informative and professional and the site was cleaned up after the work was done. I received a video showing me the flow of water after the fix, and it has now been tested with the heavy rain. Very happy.

From start to finish this was flawless. What I liked about Ovi was he took the time to get to the bottom of what was causing the problem. He gave me pictures to show what the damage was and explained how he would resolve it and agreed the costs before the work started. He came when he said he would completed the work and removed all the rubbish from the work.

Ovi was promptly communicating with me when the job was posted and did everything he promised extremely professionally.
