Very quick and professional.

Arrived within a couple of hours after being messed around by another plumber. Gave me a quote and allowed me to purchase the new unit myself and arranged to come back out with an electrician after it was delivered,which was 2 days later. Left everything clean and tidy and even washed the floor for me. Highly recommended.
