  We had our old loft boiler and tanks completely replaced with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 combi, and Jun and his team were superb from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, the quote was transparent, and they arrived exactly when promised. They removed all the old system, installed all-new pipework, fitted the boiler and filter, and radiators — heating and hot water — within a single day. The workmanship is neat, tidy, and efficient, and with very little to clean up. Jun is clearly very experienced and takes real pride in his work. Highly recommended.

  Hot water and heating not working

  Quicxfix is very professional and responds quickly, the plumber also patiently answered all our questions and gave suggestions and advices to the problems. We will definitely go back to him if in the future we have similar issues

  Whole house radiators installation

  I had a full radiator system installed throughout the house by Quickfix. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They kept everything tidy, explained the process clearly, and completed the job on time. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they followed up to make sure everything was working properly.   Boiler problem diagnosed quickly

  Jun contacted me really quickly and helped me with a problem. I had been told that I needed a new boiler but Jun was able to identify the specific parts that needed replacing on the current boiler and instead saved me the pain of having to install a brand new boiler. He was really honest, kind and helpful with his advice. I would call him for help in the future. Thank you Jun.

  Boiler service and getting radiator to work

  Jun lost his phone during our appointment set up, which delayed his response to my acceptance of his quote. Once arranged he communicated clearly came promptly, explained clearly the servicing process, fixed the radiator and gave advice about another small problem. I was very pleased with his service and would use him again and recommend him to others.

  Water running in toilet bowel

  Jun recommended replacing the toilet cistern. He provided a link to order a replacement, which was a different brand from my original cistern, with a smaller flush button than the one I had. When I questioned whether it would fit properly, he assured me it would be fine. He installed and left a hole in the tiles as the new flush button is smaller than the hole in my tiles. And then he said this is the cheap way when I never ask him for the cheap way, I just want things to be done properly. Even silicone was not applied properly. He basically ruined my toilet and now I have a leak inside also.
