Ross is a proper tiler. He was recommended by a friend who rated his work and immediately demonstrated why. He replaced another tiler who couldn’t complete the booking, and advised on the process of what needed doing to prepare the space before he even won the job. He completed the job quickly, arrived on time each day, was precise on every detail and discussed any challenges with us. A proper nice guy who obviously cares about what he does and so does it right.

Turned up on time. Did a good job and made no mess. Even laid a tarp outside to restrict mess there. Easy and pleasant to deal with. Perfect results and I am very fussy being a quality manager.

Ross contacted us promptly and, although he was not in our immediate area, he agreed to come and help us out. He took great care with the job, and also did a few extras which left the bathroom looking very smart. We would definitely recommend.
