  We contacted Brian at Quantum Locksmiths after finding we couldn’t relock our back door. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained clearly how it could be fixed & then, much to our relief, did just that. I’d certainly use him again and recommend to anyone else. He was professional, friendly & didn’t waste any time carrying out the work.

  We’d been struggling with a patio door that kept jamming, and Brian was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced.   I used Quantum for recent lock replacements at my new house. After enquiring, Brian from Quantum got back to me very promptly, and I booked him in to do the work a few days later. The work was high quality, completed swiftly and Brian was a pleasure to deal with.
