I contacted Quality Roofing Deeside after loosing ridge tiles in the February storm and seeing their details in the Checkatrade leaflet. It was easy to contact them and they came round the following day to asses the damage. I was given several alternatives, but chose to have the dry ridge system fitted. I didn't have to wait long before they came and removed the old ridge tiles and fitted the new system. The three man crew were very pleasant and despite very bad weather did a good job.

Fast response from Dave at Quality Roofing re: storm damage roof repairs to my mother's property. Detailed estimate provided after initial inspection. Job done few days after giving go ahead. Some slate repairs, all ridge tiles relined & repointed when found to be loose & chimney repair work ( pots re-lined & reset, chimney platform repairs. Some chimney stack bricks repointed. Gutters & downpipes cleaned/checked. All work tidily done, no mess left. Very good communication as to arrival time etc. Detailed digital invoice on completion plus receipt following payment. Highly recommended.

We had some guttering come down in the high winds, we rang Quality roofing Deeside and received a quick quote and an offer to come out the next day to complete the job, just excellent considering the storm had caused lots of damage across the area. I asked for the job to be completed the day after, 2 polite friendly guys came on time and completed the work to an excellent standard and I paid via bank transfer. Would definitely use again.

Quality roofing were very helpful in assessing my issue remotely and promptly providing a scope of work and quote. They were very amenable to waiting for my instruction until finalising with my insurance where they promptly fitted in my repair the next day before more forecast bad weather was due. The team on site were very friendly and talked me through the plan and kept me updated as the job progressed. They were very cautious and cleaned up well after themselves even in the degrading weather. Overall, I would use Quailtiy Roofing again if I have any further issues.

Lost a gutter following a bad storm, Contacted David on the Monday, he came out the following day to have a look and give a quote, and the work was carried out on Thursday. All very professional and reliable from start to finish and a solid job well done.
