After spending £2500 on an emergency roof repair with Quality Roofing repair we would not recommend. We left a great review in November as at the time they were quick and professional. However the repair has not worked our roof is still leaking and we have not been able to get them to come back to even look at it. I have been trying since Jan to get them back and had one message stating that I am not being mugged off. Well we are they do not respond to messages on Check A Trade phone calls or texts. Very disappointing and frustrating. Would not recommend to anyone

The roof replacement service was quick, and the team was polite and professional. They managed to replace the roof within a week of my call, just in time for Christmas. Overall, a reliable service that got the job done efficiently.

Great work done, fast turnaround, reasonable price, good communication throughout. An honest and transparent workman to work with, who even came back after the extreme winds to double check everything was all okay.

Called out at short notice, arrived within the hour. Very friendly and helpful. Completed all work as requested to a high standard. Informed me that due to forecast wet weather, cement on ridge tiles might work loose on the exposed corners, call if any problems. Cement on one tile did work free, telephoned Mr Price who returned, replaced cement and checked all tiles for security - excellent service.

Would definitely recommend Quality Tradesmen. We called them out for an emergency repair they were there within half an hour. Very professional and friendly, very high standard of work. Will use again for any future roofing issues 10 out of 10

Appear to have repaired roof, although significantly overcharged and failed to provide proper invoice despite multiple requests - not responding to email or texts or messages via Checkatrade. Don’t think asking for an invoice should be a significant issue for them to provide. Left wooden planks in gutter and damaged a satellite dish.
