What a stressful experience! James and his cohorts say all the right things, but after us paying him thousands we were left with the guttering leaking worse (in 3 places now, instead of 1) than before we engaged him. After coming back to fix it - it is still leaking badly. It has been many months of this and now he no longer answers my calls, texts or emails - seemingly happy to take our money and leave us with a waterfall pouring down the side of the property. If he is unable to mend a gutter - there is NO WAY I would trust him with a roof. We still don't have the promised guarantees either.
