I had a quote for the work to be done and a time and date agreed. The workmen arrived in that time completed the work within the hour and did an excellent job. The explained what work they were during and left the place clean and tidy, I would recommend and use again.

This company are very professional and lovely to work with. However they did a survey and found no problems. We still had a rat infestation that we could not understand and had to get an internal survey done at extra expense as well as another drain survey. Pestology were able to find a redundant manhole pipe which was the entry point with ease. The fact this was missed has caused us a lot of money, aggravation and time. We got a detailed report and camera footage but they did not help us solve the problem. The other company (Pestology)that looked at their report stated it’s completely wrong.

The soakaway in my drive became blocked and this resulted in local flooding. The two engineers from Quality Drainage arrived at the agreed time and quickly set about the task of clearing the blockage and checking for damage and other problems. None were found. They were couteous, polite and explained what they had done. A professional approach to a job well done.

Made a thorough inspection of the internal and external pipes / drainage and fixed the immediate problem although a further drain survey will be necessary.
