Faultless service. From coming out to measure up the same day of my online query bring a great selection of samples. Verbal quote given and short time later email quote received. Day of appointment - phoned to ask if could arrive early, perfect with me. Absolutely professional service, carpet installation perfect, and impressive cleanup afterwards. Wonderful surface from visit visiting their shop and selecting LVT with the help of Tom two arranging convenient dates for me measuring and fitting. On all appointments, Tom arrived spot on time. Floor was fitted over the course of two days. Tom arrived with his colleague Malcolm on day of fitting , both were extremely friendly and professional. They removed white goods whilst floor was fitted and replaced once completed, which was extremely helpful. Our floor looks stunning and we are totally blown away with how fantastic it is looks, like two new rooms. Definitely recommend. Thank you 🙂

Very pleased with Tom and Malcolm. Their diligence, efficiency, excellent attitude and clear trade skills resulted in a superb job. They fitted lounge, dining room, hall, stairs and landing carpet. The carpet is also the quality we were looking for. Will be using QCF in future.

Great service from start to finish. Tom came out to quote promptly, brought plenty of samples and gave us a very reasonable and competitive price. Between the quote and the work starting, he was always happy to answer questions and we even visited his shop to make sure we had chosen the right colours etc. The work itself exceeded our expectations hugely. The carpet and bathroom flooring look fantastic and has been finished to an exceptional standard. I would highly recommend Tom and will definitely use him again for any future flooring.
