Guy was friendly and helpful. Once he figured out the problem rather than billing us for the late night rates he made sure it was stable and rebooked for a time when we wouldn't be paying through the nose. Was a bit pricey but that's expected for an emergency callout on a weekend evening.

We’ve had a tricky issue with our shower valve for some time, multiple people over but nobody willing to investigate and get to the bottom of it.
