From my very first enquiry about my much-needed bathroom refurbishment, Dan was helpful and offered great ideas and advice. His suggestions regarding the layout and type of fittings that would be suitable were very good because I really had no idea what would suit the room - it’s a very small bathroom space. Dan and his team were helpful, friendly, always punctual, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. Dan took over the our open kitchen - diner project following wall removal and steel installation, which included plumbing rerouting, steelwork cover, heated floor installation, tiling and kitchen fitting. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and was approached with a problem solving rather than problem finding attitude. We are very pleased with the result.

Dan was great. Identified the source of the leak, told us what to do to dry it out, gave us options to resolve, sourced parts which were quite difficult to find, and fitted new shower tray and screen. While doing that he also sorted out our integrated flush, sorted out some dodgy pipe work previously installed by someone else and mended a broken outside pipe. He is in demand so things can sometimes take a while but highly recommend
