Thomas at QQ was fantastic. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and asked for a few details to give an accurate amount. He was able to confirm a time and date that worked too. Thomas sent a reminder ahead of the day to confirm the appointment which was helpful. When he arrived, he quickly got to work and gave me a lot of confidence in his knowledge. Part way through, he found an underlying issue with my electrics which he competently fixed. The new electric shower looks great and has been installed professionally and competently. I highly recommend QQ and will use again!

Sockets kept tripping so had no internet which, as I work from home was a problem. Thomas asked me to send picture of circuit board then rang and got me online. He then came after texting to say on way and sorted problem quickly and efficiently. I will certainly use Thomas again and cannot recommend highly enough
