Fantastic pest control service! My tenants' loft should be pest-free in the next week or so thanks to QK’s professional and efficient intervention. Mohamed was respectful, thorough, and implemented a robust solution, addressing the root cause. My tenants were very happy with the professionalism and knowledge Mohamed at QK demonstrated on his visit and I, as a landlord, have peace of mind that the issue has been dealt with and I have happy tenants (with a guarantee he will return up to twice more if necessary). Muhammed from QK Pest Control was quick to respond to my initial job post and gave a clear indication of what work would be needed and potential costs. He turned up promptly and dealt with the issue by laying poison and blocking a number of holes. We haven’t had any issues since. Would use his services again if another problem arises. QK Pest Control is a London, Ealing-based pest control company that specialises in London’s pests, especially mice and rats. We specialize in getting rid of them for the long term, using both poisons and proofing. Our elimination service is guaranteed for 3 months, and our proofing service is guaranteed for 6 or 12 months.
We have a near-perfect track record of success with getting rid of pests, especially mice and rats. For mice in particular, we have had 100% success rate for the past few years! In both 2022 and 2023, we were awarded the Prestige Awards 'Pest Control Company of the Year' for London and the South-East. We were also awarded the E2 Media 'Award of Excellence 2024'.
Our guarantee means that if the pest comes back during the guarantee period, we’ll come back and sort it out without charge.
We have two service levels for mice and rats that have entered your property: -
Level 1 is the elimination service. This is where we get rid of the mice or rat infestation inside your property, usually by using poisons. We give you as many visits as you need to get rid of them during a 3 month guarantee period (though in most cases you’ll only need 1). To get this result, we use the best available UK-approved poisons that we can get our hands on. In most cases our customers start noticing less mice or rat activity in around 1 week after the 1st visit and become rodent free within 2 weeks. We recommend our customers start with this service, even if they want proofing, as it’s always better to eliminate an existing population before proofing. This is because it prevents the possibility that mice may try to make new holes into the property. It also helps prevent your neighbours from getting an infestation.
Level 2 is our proofing service. This is for when a customer wants long-term protection. We seal up the mice and rat entry points into your property. It’s said that small mice can get through a gap as narrow as 6 mm. This means we have to seal up both the small and large holes in the areas of activity. We use strong metallic materials that force any rodents (that might come back at some future point) to go elsewhere. This service comes with a 6 month guarantee, or for a bit extra, a 12 month guarantee.
