  Geoff provided an excellent service from start to finish whilst beautfully renovating three bedrooms for us. He was very helpful with ideas and cost saving ideas. He finished on time and ensured a very high quality finish. I will definitely be using him again and will be recommending him to friends and family wanting first class carpentry and decorating work.

  Reliable and trustworthy

  I’m very thankful to Geoff for completely repainting my whole bungalow making it feel a lot fresher and more welcoming than it did when I first took ownership of the property . I now feel happy to come home. He stripped off all the (very) old wall paper and sanded down the walls to make sure I had a good foundation for any future work . He also painted all the woodwork and doors . Geoff is trustworthy , responsive , good value for money and hardworking . I highly recommend him for a variety of renovation work .

  Q f properties are a reliable and professional company. I have worked with Geoff on a few projects in my home. He carries out all work to a high standard and leaves areas he has worked clean and tidy after. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely use him for future work.

  We had Geoff come and fit a new en-suite. He has done a fantastic job, very professional, was clean and tidy throughout the process and sorted out any issue with the supplier with very little input from us. The workmanship was been completed to an extremely high standard! Could not recommend him more highly. Thank you 🙏

  Geoff did our bathroom and we are absolutely delighted. He went the extra mile, was extremely professional (honest about the job, great communication and time-keeping), gave us some advice and did an outstanding job in record time. The finishing touches are high level. We are so impressed, if we could give him more than 10, we would. We will definitely recommend him in the future and will call him for other jobs as well!
