  Q Drains / Richie were recommended to me by another drainage company, which was very reassuring, and they very much lived up to those expectations. Richie was responsive, provided sound guidance and gave an honest and straightforward appraisal of what was needed. I would very happily recommend Richie and Q Drains.

  Repair to external broken wastepipe

  Second time using Q Drains. Very quick to respond to initial enquiry and get me booked in. The team were very professional and clearly explained what needed to be done when they hit a problem. Very pleased with the result and cleaned up the area exceptionally well when finished. Will definitely use their services again for any drainage issues.

  A word of thanks for Richie Quaintance of Q Drains Ltd. His team did their annual inspection and clearance of outside drains this week. They arrived on time, did their work efficiently, had a pleasant chat with us and left everything in good order. Good to know a firm like that. Reliable, friendly, competent.

  Fast and Efficient

  I called Q Drains to unblock a drainage run from the house to the main sewer in the road. They organised a team to attend really quickly, cleared the blockage even quicker and found a dropped rodding eye cap under one inspection cover that was the most probable cause and which had not been identified by a another company when they cleared the drains several months ago. Overall I am very pleased with the service from Q Drains and based on my experience I would recommend them.

  Rapid, professional response

  Q Drains had been called in to quote to replace failed pumps in a basement sump. The following day we experienced heavy rain which caused the sump to overflow and our lower ground floor suffered two inches of flood water. Fantastic rapid response by the team the following day to install a temporary pump and pump out all the water. A new dual pump and alarm system were installed within a very short space of time. The team were knowledgeable, courteous and worked hard and late to finish the job. Recommend Q Drains without hesitation.

  Great and efficient service and excellent value for money.

  Excellent and value for money service to rectify blocked drain. Booking appointment was easy and the two members of Richie's team who attended were knolwgeable and efficient and resolved the problem. Would have no hesitation in recommending Q Drains and in fact have already done so to a neighbour.
