Checkatrade would like to welcome Q and A Appliances to Ilford. They have been a Checkatrade Member since 2021. Q and A Appliances specialise in Appliance Repair services.

I contacted Q&A Appliances in August to enquire about fixing a Creda oven. Initially they were helpful with scheduling a visit to check out the problem and arrange a second visit. Their deductions were to replace the oven. Payment for the oven was required up front to place the order and since September 20th ALAM from Q&A Appliances has IGNORED every email, telephone call, voicemail and new request on check-a-trade. Work has NOT been completed.

Good communication from the guys. They called within 10 minutes of us putting our details on the website. Problem fixed, the oven is working fine.
