  Do not use this person and if you do, do not complete the payment until job is completed

  He gave a good price initially. He stated it was a 50% deposit and 50% upon completion of the job. There was initial issues with my payment method, but they were sorted out, and I was happy that he assisted me in buying the materials. - He asked for extra money to sort out the bottom of the doors that he would fix - He did not do this. - Did not complete the job by doing the beading for the laminate, even though he said he would come back to do this to the point where he is pretending that the company is now 'liquated' - another lie. - Asked for all the money when he didn't complete the job.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent leak repair service I hired. Unfortunately, the standards of professionalism did not meet my expectations. In the living room, the wallpaper has visible gaps, and I've noticed that the stain is still appearing. Additionally, the paint job in the bedroom was done poorly, prompting me to hire another contractor to rectify the issues. plus he requested 50% payment upfront, which has added to my frustration. I recommend exercising caution before hiring this company, as my experience has led to unexpected additional costs.

  High standards of work, flexible approach

  Very happy with the work undertaken, removal of skirting boards, repairing cracks and nails in walls, painting a whole flat in preparation for new flooring instal. There had been a slight damage in a wall before the tradesmen started, they repaired it without me even specifically pointing it out. The flat looks like new now. High standards of work, will contract them for another job very soon for installing new flooring.

  Fitting sisal carpet in the loft room

  Great job done by the guys, there was a mix up with who was buying the glue to fit the floor (my fault) but they were able to quickly resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend!

  Unreliable, poor workmanship and hidden costs

  Very poor experience. Quoted £1,200 but kept increasing costs after taking £1,200 upfront. Added charges for basic work and provided questionable receipts for unnecessary materials. The job was meant to take 4 days but took nearly 2 weeks with unreliable attendance. Work was unfinished and poor quality – laminate beading not fitted, door left unpainted, and overall rushed finish. He was rude, blamed me for his parking fines (not my responsibility), and left all the rubbish behind for me to dispose of. Would not recommend.
