I recently had my front room fully repainted by Pyramid Building and Painting, and I was very impressed with their service from start to finish. They were professional from the moment they arrived, providing a same-day quote and clear timeline, both of which I was happy with. They took great care to protect the area and listened carefully to exactly what I wanted. They sourced the precise paint colours I requested and checked in during the process to make sure I was happy with the work. Excellent work from Ahmed and the team. They came at short notice to paint 4 bedrooms and completed on time with a tight schedule ahead of carpet fitting. The quality of the work was very good, with an offer to come back for a few touch ups. Communication was great throughout, and although the painters spoke little English, Ahmed was always on hand to translate and coordinate.

Ahmed came out the same day to give me a quote and had a very professional approach right from the start. He asked if it was possible to work through the weekend, which suited me perfectly. They worked solidly for 5 days and had the job finished to an excellent standard. They even did a couple of small things that weren't in the initial quote. They left the place clean and tidy and replaced anything of mine that they had needed to use. Complete redecoration including stripping wallpaper, repairing holes and painting all walls and ceilings. Had an offer to buy the apartment within 2 weeks.

Arrived on time and were likeable, though one didn’t speak English. I was in and out most of the day and left them to it. The finished job was terrible. It got worse the more I looked at it. In one room, the pattern wasn’t matched, there was bubbles and ripples, gaps in the seams, big gaps on the edging (chimney), hand ripped around the sockets and not glued down, just a really poor, unprofessional job. They didn’t line or PVA the wall. I have had to strip it and get it redone by someone competent. The other wall was ‘ok’ at best but has big bubbles in it that I will try and fix myself.

Job was priced in a few hours, and work started a day or two after. Guys painting are lovely, hardworking guys who I will be using for all future jobs, and cannot commend enough for their work ethics. 10/10, smashed it.
