The plumber turned when agreed left when completed. He went the extra mile for us and our children in order to allow them to not go without a toilet longer than necessary. A lot can also be said about integrity and being trustworthy with theirs being a very high standard. The finish and quality was 5 star and beyond. The price was competitive as had previous quotes. There was no nasty surprises with any part of the work carried out. They even got the hoover out so they did not leave any mess. They treated my home like there own and you can’t put a price on that levels of professionalism.

Paul has been coming to my Grandparents house for a couple of years now for jobs that have needed doing. He initially came out a couple of weeks ago to service the boiler but was told we needed a new one which we agreed for him to sort out. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and done to a high standard. After years of having other plumbers in, and the jobs never really been sorted before or given my Grandparents much faith in them to have them back, they won’t use anybody else now. They rate Paul highly. He is polite, friendly, trustworthy and always takes pride in the job.

Paul is faultless. He turns up on time and does a brilliant job. Is friendly and gives good advice. Can absolutely recommend him 100%. Would never use anybody else now.

Paul has helped with a central heating fault for my elderly mother in law. We don’t live locally to her, and we are so very grateful for his friendly and professional help. He promptly identified and fixed the fault. My mother in law was also full of praise. Thank you !!

From the first visit to receiving our quote and then booking our work in we have never been more impressed and would definitely be recommending this fantastic company to my family and friends. We had 3 radiators supplied and fitted and despite our bungalow being upside down due to us completely renovating they even hoovered through and washed their cups before they left, which made us feel very much that they respected our home.
