    Replacing section of waste pipe and boxing it in

    I had a waste pipe that had to be repaired/replaced. Paul replaced a section of the pipe and also boxed in the pipe to hide it, as we're modernising the garage. Paul was quick, friendly, effective and very helpful. He also does electrics and property maintenance. Will call him again when I have another job!

    New kitchen tap

    I called Paul enquiring about fitting a new kitchen tap. He was so helpful and fitted the tap so quickly, no mess or problems at all. I highly recommend this company and found the cost very reasonable.

    New motherboard and oven socket

    As Mum has Parkinson's we needed a new motherboard and oven socket so she could have an electric oven which is safer. Paul came and looked at the job the day after we called him and booked her in straight away. He also came back and fitted the oven for her when the new one arrived. He was very reliable and very tidy. He also took Mum up cups of tea as she has trouble with the stairs and didn't want to be in the way while he was working. He even offered to get her fish and chips while she was without an oven. The service was great and we would definitely recommend him.

    Kitchen sink replacement

    Paul did a great job replacing our kitchen sink and tap. He did communicate well throughout the whole process, no surprise costs were involved, work carried out in line with the initial quote provided. He even completed the job a week sooner than promised, arrived on time and left leaving the area tidy. We would recommend him for sure!

Hello, my name is Paul and I live in Hockley. I have over 30 years’ experience in property maintenance and improvement projects. My main customers are either domestic, commercial and retail. I build my business on the following 3 values and principles

  • · Call outs to deal with emergency leaking pipes, blocked toilets etc- You can call me anytime.
  • · New taps, sinks, toilets , ball cock valves, stop cocks, radiator's and showers

  • General handyman tasks- I have a number of customers who just employ me to carry out a list of jobs around the house/offices to fix instead of getting several different trades in- so if you have a list of jobs which need doing then give me a call.
