Paul went above and beyond, responding quickly and also supporting with other small electrical bits in the property after doing the EICR report for us, which was emailed out to us pretty much immediately after. Paul responded quickly to my call which was quite urgent. He called on time and was very helpful and respectful, explaining everything he was doing and tested all the sockets and fuse box. Everything was ok in the end but Paul gave advice on what to do in the future.
