  Peter responded almost immediately to my query about a leaking boiler, was able to take a look within three days, shut down the boiler, quoted for a new one and installed it within nine days (house empty, so no urgency). Gave clear explanations of what needed doing and why. Tidied up afterwards.

  Quick and efficient response

  Great service from PW Heating this week. I phoned Peter on Monday because of a problem with my boiler. He came later that morning to see what was wrong and got it going for me with a temporary fix. He returned on Wednesday to complete the job with advice for the best way forward. Everything completed quickly and cleanly. I am very happy.

  Absolutely outstanding service!

  Pete installed a new boiler and cylinder for us. The price was competitive and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. After a couple of weeks the cylinder started making a funny noise. I called Pete and he was here within a couple of hours to look at it. It turned out that the cylinder was faulty and needed to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. Pete came out on a Sunday and replaced it - at his own expense pending manufacturer review. All fine now. You never know when you buy what after sales will be like so hopefully this review will help anyone considering this company.
