  When a recent storm caused damage to my bay window roof, I contacted Patrick the managing director of P. W. Contractor & Son, Roofing & Property Developments Ltd. Patrick has done 2 large projects for me & so I confidently know that he is reliable & trustworthy with a great work ethic. His exceptional skills shine through & being as meticulous as he is means that the finished result is always stunning. I had a new membrane & batons & then neatly finished off with guttering & a down pipe. Thank you for doing another outstanding job & providing a service with the utmost courtesy.

  Great Roofing Company

  Really excellent service from Pat and team. Had new roof, soffits, gutters and down pipes. Work was done promptly- from ringing for quote to completion was two weeks. Kept us updated daily on progress and were really professional and courteous. Job was done for a fair price and we are really pleased with work done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

  Pat and his mate have done a sterling job on replacing my facias, soffit and gutters. Really neat job, left the site immaculate when they left, washed all work areas down. Can't thank them enough and strongly recommended their services.
