  PW Contractor & Son Roofing and Property Developments Ltd did an excellent job on my slate roof. Before, it had missing tiles and exposed areas, but the team repaired everything with real care and skill. The finish is solid, tidy, and professionally done. They were reliable, clear in communication, and worked safely throughout. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

  I would recommend this company for their professionalism, punctuality, and efficiency. They did a great job for my son who recommended them to me. They completed my rear roof within 3 days without wasting any time. At the end of the job they left my place spotless. The owner, Patrick is a thorough gentleman and professional.

  When a recent storm caused damage to my bay window roof, I contacted Patrick the managing director of P. W. Contractor & Son, Roofing & Property Developments Ltd. Patrick has done 2 large projects for me & so I confidently know that he is reliable & trustworthy with a great work ethic. His exceptional skills shine through & being as meticulous as he is means that the finished result is always stunning. I had a new membrane & batons & then neatly finished off with guttering & a down pipe. Thank you for doing another outstanding job & providing a service with the utmost courtesy.
