Fire doors - domestic property

3 ancient fire doors removed, disposed of, and replaced with fully-spec'ed new ones. All 3 doors fitted with closers (my choice - it's a domestic property, so wasn't necessary). Paul was quick to visit & quote, offering a few useful options. Turned-up promptly and completed job successfully. Polite & engaging! Would definitely use again.

Friendly and effective carpenter

Fitted a new front door for my flat and also made a bit of plywood boxing to cover some boiler piping in the kitchen. Paul is a friendly chap and was also flexible with timings so as to fit it with my work schedule. Happy to recommend him and will ask for his help again if I have any other carpentry issues in future.

Door hanging and bannister adjustment

The experience with Paul was excellent from start to finish. Paul takes pride in his work, the door was hung and adjusted properly and he was able to choose a door for me which was one less thing for me to do at the moment. The banister was adjusted to meet the legal requirement of 900mm for rental. An additional plank was added, in correct alignment with the other wood. He is easy to deal with, replies to messages and phone calls, kept both appointments. Based on this work I would highly recommend him to others.
