Paul communicated all about the work he was doing and when throughout the process and was courteous and polite throughout, would definitely recommend

When I contacted several roofing companies about a leaking roof Paul was the first to reply & the first to visit the property. He did a thorough inspection & advised me exactly what was needed & sent in a reasonable estimate for the work. Paul and his team did an excellent job stripping the old roof and fitting a new one. He also fitted new facias and guttering. Paul and his team were very professional & took great pride in the work they were doing. I was very satisfied with the job they did, and the way they did it, &I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any type of roofing work.

We had a few quotes for replacing our very old and leaky flat garage roof and asked Paul to carry out the work as he was very prompt, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about his job from the very beginning. From his first visit to give us a quote, Paul took the time to look around/measure properly and explained everything to me thoroughly without being the least bit condescending. We are very glad with our decision as Paul and his team did an excellent job and pretty quickly too, couldn’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to appeal to their services again. The job was supposed to take 1 week. It actually took 2 months due to a mismatching velux being fitted. I was left with broken roof tiles on two occasions. Extra costs from the solar panel company were incurred due to the velux. I lost a days wages as a result of their unreliability to attend when expected. When I received the final invoice the guarantee had been reduced from 10 to 5 years. When I refused to pay the last small amount of the bill as compensation I received intimidating WhatsApp messages threatening to remove the velux window and increasing the amount owed. Avoid at all costs!

The owner emailed 5 times giving me dates and times to do the repair. (have all emails) He promised someone would be here after lunch each day for 5 days. I stayed in on each of the days and he never turned up, arrived or did any work. There was no communication except for a standard reply to when someone would come. Its very disingenuous to say you will do some work and then not turn up. He knew I was an elderly lady who was fretting over the leak but he did'nt care. . Just be honest and I say I'm not capable of carrying out the job so we can get someone else.

All involved were courteous and friendly. They produced an excellent end product in harsh weather conditions, without any leaks. They worked in phases around the weather to achieve this. Once they were onsite they worked continuously to finish each phase. All communications were replied to promptly and all minor snags were sorted quickly. The area was left tidy at the end. Very impressed with their work ethic and ability. The roof was needed at short notice due to the way we found it was needed. The response from start to finish was quicker than I expected.
