I wattsapped because my fuse had turned itself off and there was no flashing red light. A phone call back within minutes, even though it was the weekend. Problem diagnosed as dating from a recent power cut. Advise and reassurance given and I switched fuse back up

A battery was installed smoothly at my house and works perfectly, as planned! I value the patience with which Juliet listened to my needs, the good advice she gave me on the different makes and their products, and not least, the good price she offered. Robin, who made the initial site inspection and the final commissioning, gave me good advice throughout, explaining clearly how the hardware and the battery management system work, leading to a good location for the battery and peace of mind. Highly recommended for listening, excellent advice and a job well done and on schedule.

From the initial meeting where Juliet came over to provide a quote, we found the company extremely professional to deal with - everything was clearly explained and there were no hidden costs. They were also very competitively priced. They arrived on time and worked hard and effectively. The job was done to a high standard and we are delighted with the results. Excellent workmanship, will be recommending to family and friends.

Juliet and her fantastic team installed a second time on my new home having installed on my last home. They installed 14 panels and 11kWh battery and Zappi ev charge point. The installation and service provided was better than sold to us. They were efficient and honest. I would describe the installation as meticulous. They went above and beyond explaining how the system worked. They got me on the app and were so patient.
