  Bathroom Repairs

  Needed some work done in various bathrooms, replacing taps, flusher valves, mixer showers. Simon was quick to respond and was clear with his availability, he communicated what was required and was able to attend a few days after contact. He was very professional and maintained a high quality of work for the job carried out and ensured everything was fully working. Very pleased with the outcome and will be sure to contact him again for future plumbing needs.

  Replace fill valve and basin waste

  Had an issue with the toilet not filling and sometimes overfilling. Also had a leak under the sink that I couldn't stop. Simon came round and replaced the fill valve and basin waste. Very friendly and reliable and very fairly-priced. We always use Purple Plumbing now, excellent customer service.

  Water Hammer Solution

  We approached Purple Plumbing in response to a water hammer issue we were experiencing. Simon arrived as planned and on time. He was polite and had a friendly manner. We already an an inkling as to the source of the problem and Simon was quickly able to isolate the issue still further to the ball valve in the cistern. He had to pop out to get a replacement part locally but was back promptly and managed to complete the job within his initial call out charge with no hidden charges. We would certainly use Purple Plumbing again should the need arise and highly recommend them to others.

  New toilet siphon fitted

  The plumber came on time with all the parts he needed and did an efficient job. He removed all the broken parts etc leaving the bathroom as he found it.
