Thank you for your kind words, I am very sorry you had to experience poor communication from me, in the storms we get flooded with lots small repair jobs with customers all wanting their fences back up asap, it gets very hard to manage whilst trying to keep everyone happy. we always aim to get as many repairs done in 1 day as we can so if a gap comes up we will call a nearby customer thats waiting for a repair and book them in on the same day, this avoids overbooking and stops the risk of letting customers down if we cant get them down.
